Souper Bowl of Caring

“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat…”  (Matthew 25:35a)

The Souper Bowl of Caring is a youth-inspired movement working across the nation to tackle hunger in local communities. Since 1990 when youth groups from across the USA began this hunger relief effort, over 163 million dollars have been received. 100% of the funds received are given directly to local charities chosen by each church’s youth group.

Our Chester Youth are inviting you all to join in their effort to help support two of CPC’s existing ministries that are already in place to feed hungry people right here in our neighborhood.

In the weeks leading up to the Super Bowl on February 7th, 2021, we hope you will consider giving to this year’s Souper Bowl of Caring. Simply contribute as you normally do through our church’s means of giving, making a special notation that your gift is for “Souper Bowl of Caring.”

The total amount received will be divided equally between CPC’s Food Pantry and Grace Café. Thank you in advance for helping our youth with this important mission effort!
